FAQ

Details the inquisitive genie may want to know: 

• How & when should I arrange for your optional activities and outings?  As soon as you've made up your mind to book, in order to ensure availability.  'Whim' decisions made on the spot will be accommodated to the best of our ability
• What is the nearest airport?  Palm Springs International Airport is approx 12 miles from the inn
• Parking: There is plenty of free parking for your magic carpet located along the front of the inn. Just pull right up!
• I live locally and want to participate without sleeping at the inn. May I do that?  Absolutely!  See our Pricing page for the breakdown with and without accommodations
• Does the inn have wifi? Yes!  And it's complimentary
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the Spa Garden only, never in guestrooms or poolside.
• Check-in times: You're welcome to check-in anytime between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. But... if you plan to arrive after 7pm (when our reception desk closes) just give us a call on your arrival day - and we'll give you the Entry Door Code - and arrange to leave your room key for you!
• Check-out time isn't until 12 noon! (On availability, check-outs past 12 noon may be arranged for a fee.)
• Children: Because we offer complimentary alcohol, we don't allow anyone under 21 years of age (Watch out for those sake based Morocco-tinis!)
• Pets: Sorry, the inn does not allow pets
• Changes and Cancellations: See our Registration page and grab your abacus if needed
• Rates are the same for one or two persons per room. To protect the quality and finishes of the guestrooms, we never allow more than 2 adults per room.
• Government taxes, fees and gratuities are not included in fees listed
